In December 2022, I began to completely automate my last job with Generative AI.

Now, I use 100+ bots and a few humans to help companies grow with Gen AI—as a consultant or employee.

My goal is to help software CEOs, CROs, CSOs and CMOs on their journey to becoming a Generative Sales and Marketing Organization™. The results are a 10–50-100X impact on business outcomes.

Note: Most importantly, I love people. And, teaching my daughter to love herself is one of the most important things I can do as a father. The ridiculously geeky business stuff below is just an addiction.



$10,000 per department, 2-4 week timeframe

Teams will leave with a deeper understanding of how they can become a generative business leader or frontline worker

Step 1: Review current state operations, messaging, organization chart, & content

Step 2: Customization of training based on my book, The Generative Sales & Marketing Organization

Step 3: Hands-on, team training exercises for up to 3 work groups using ChatGPT

Additionally, four 1-hr meetings are included to discuss strategic viewpoints and human resources

$25K-$50K per department, 4-8 week timeframe

Half is creating a new or updated messaging framework, half is a small language model, both include 25 high quality prompt outputs as examples

Step 1: Review of current state operations, messaging, organization chart, & content

Step 2: Creation/iteration (with team leaders) of the book‘s a) messaging and b) small language model

Step 3: Messaging deliverable, small language model deliverable for Chat GPT, training for 15 people

Additionally, eight 1-hr meetings are included to discuss strategic viewpoints and human resources

$50K-500K, 2-6 months timeframe

These engagements typically involve a custom scope of work and can include app automation, staffing, strategy, operationalization plans, or hands-on work.

Step 1: Review of current state operations, messaging, organization chart, & content

Step 2: Execution of SOW, to be defined ahead of time and covers a myriad of sales/marketing work

Step 3: Deliverables will vary and can include anything covered in the book, mainly sales, marketing, and PLG.

Strategic advisory, fractional CMO, or ongoing executive/team coaching are available

Note: The above can be configured in a way to fit any budget and still add tremendous value. It is highly flexible. I am also looking for guests on my show and future co-authors.


I am always open to be hired as an employee, and I also work as an advisor/consultant/fractional-CXO to improve go to market outcomes. Fractional involves subscriptions/retainers. There is one venture studio I advise. If you want me to train or coach your team on Generative AI, I am open to ideas.

My current approaches to business strategy and integrated go to market execution are based on the book. My consulting engagement outputs align mostly with product marketing functions. In addition, the results serve sales, marketing, product, customer success, and/or product led growth teams.

Unlike many other consultants and consultancies, 5 things make me quite different.

Prologue: By nature, I tend to fall in the loving, well-communicating, and respectful group…but I am also in the explorative, creative, innovative, outspoken, and semi-rebellious segment of humanity. However, I make up for this childhood issue 🙂 by being a kind, grateful, and passionate soul who loves working with people and sees the possibilities in everyone. (Again, this is my neuro-psych, life coach voice talking.) “Being real,” I do challenge leaders to change. I try not to. It’s a been hard problem to solve in myself. lol.

Here are examples of the results and impacted metrics. Note: My pricing can be based on outcomes—but most risk models make it hard to work out. My service packages can be built for any budget and are aligned with company size. My ethos aligns with helping others and being grateful.
